What's new in Stashly.
- New·
Configure your dashboard
Your Home dashboard now shows what matters to you at a glance: your todos, fresh saves, the collections you're building, or the corners of your stash you forgot about. Pick tiles from the catalogue, make each one as big or small as you like, and arrange them however your day works. On a big screen the dashboard grows to fill it, so there's always room for one more tile.

Rename a saved link
A link arrives with whatever title the page gave it, which is sometimes ninety characters of nothing. Open a link and tap its title to call it what you would actually look for, on the web or mobile. Searching still finds it under the old name, and one tap puts the original back.

Send a collection to NotebookLM
Open a collection, hit the ⋯ menu and pick Open in Gemini Notebook. With the browser extension it takes one click and the sources import themselves. Without it, your links are copied ready to paste.
Gemini Notebook is Google's renamed NotebookLM.
WebExtension - Improved·
Open a collection from your AI
Ask Claude or ChatGPT to show a specific collection by name and it now returns exactly what is in that collection, with the collection's name and description shown, instead of a broad search across everything.
MCP - New·
Drag to reorder collections
Drag any collection in the sidebar to put it exactly where you want.
Web - New·
Follow collections you've duplicated
Duplicate a shared collection and choose to follow it. When the owner adds new links, they show up on your copy for you to review and keep or skip, one by one. Following is a Pro feature.
Web - Improved·
Save from the extension command palette
The command palette can now save the page you are on to your Stash, Quick Save, Reading List, or straight into a collection. Every app page is one keystroke away, and search problems now show a clear message instead of an empty list.
Extension - New·
QR codes for sharing collections
Share a collection by QR code. Open the share dialog and tap the QR icon so someone can scan it, or scan the code shown on any open collection's public page to join it instantly.
WebMobile - Improved·
Notes are now included in search
Search now understands the notes you write on your links. Add a note in your own words and find the link again by searching for what you wrote, not just its title. Existing notes become searchable automatically over time.
WebMobileExtensionMCPAPI - New·
More exportable formats
Export your stash as JSON or CSV, not just a bookmark file, complete with collections, tags, and notes. You can also have any export emailed to an address of your choosing.
WebAPI - Improved·
Review queue previews and member controls
Click any queued submission or tag suggestion to preview it in place: the link, the proposed changes, and who sent it. Moderators can change a member's role or remove them from the collection right from the preview.
WebMobile - Improved·
A tidier notification inbox
Tap a notification to open the profile, dismiss single entries, or clear them all. Notification settings now have their own tab, reachable straight from the bell.
WebMobile - New·
See who's in a collection
Tap the member avatars on a collection to see everyone in it and open their profiles. Hide yourself from public member lists in Settings.
WebMobile - New·
Follow requests and follower controls
Turn on approval for new followers in Settings, then accept or decline requests from the bell. You can also remove a follower at any time.
WebMobile - New·
Choose what your followers see
Your saves are private by default. Turn on feed sharing in Settings, or use Share to followers when you save, to add individual saves to your followers' feed.
WebMobileMCP - New·
Your view, remembered
New View settings in Settings → General: keep the last view you picked in each section, or use one shared view everywhere. Both are on by default; switch off "Persist last picked view" to always start on the grid.
Web - Improved·
Markdown notes
Link notes now support markdown.
Web - New·
Custom sort orders for collections
Create named orders for any collection, like a Watch order or Reading order, and drag links into the exact sequence you want. Pick which order to show by default, and it carries across web, mobile, and your public pages. You can also star links to mark your favorites, without changing the order.
WebMobile - New·
Tag colors
Tags now show in color: every tag gets one automatically from its name, and you can recolor any of them in Settings → Tags. Prefer the plain look? Turn off "Colorize tags" in Settings → General.
WebMobileExtension - New·
Timeline view
A new Timeline view groups your saved links by date: Today, This week, Last month and beyond. On the web you can also switch to a Calendar layout.
WebMobile - Fixed·
Delete confirmation on mobile
Deleting a link from the detail sheet on mobile now asks for confirmation first, so a mis-tap no longer removes it instantly.
Mobile - Improved·
Collection icons in the Quick Save queue
When filing a link from the Quick Save queue, collections now show their icons instead of plain color dots, so they are easier to tell apart.
Web - Improved·
New collection icons and keyword search
The collection icon picker now has 30 more icons and searches by concept, so typing "animal" surfaces dog, cat, and paw print. Also added a clear button and a smoother, scrollable picker.
WebMobile - New·
Nested collections
Collections can now hold other collections. Group related stashes under a parent, and sub-collections inherit its sharing and moderation. One level deep, so it stays simple.
